
Lisa Ray - Laboratory Director
Fertility Partnership’s Laboratory Director, Lisa Ray, is a seasoned fertility specialist with more than 25 years of experience at some of the most successful fertility programs in the United States. Although her homebase is in Illinois, Lisa’s expertise and experience is so in demand she regularly travels across the country to consult with top fertility clinics, and she is among the most respected embryologists currently in the field.
Lisa has a master’s degree in reproductive physiology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and honed her embryology and lab supervision skills at clinics including The Center for Human Reproduction, the New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine and Alabama Fertility Specialists. She has extensive experience performing a variety of fertility techniques, including intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), assisted zonal hatching (AZH), and gamete intra-fallopian transfer (GIFT).
As the Lab Director for Fertility Partnership, Lisa supervises Embryologist Aaron Buck, manages the quality control and quality assurance programs and trains the medical staff on the latest fertility techniques and procedures. She also serves as a liaison with the state and federal regulatory agencies, providing the detailed updates required of every fertility clinic and ensuring clarity and precision with Fertility Partnership reporting data.
Lisa lives in Streamwood, Ill., with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys vacationing and spending quality time with her family and friends.
