Fertility Partnership Debuts with New Model of Fertility Care

St. Peters, MO clinic focused on using latest technology to help patients at a significantly lower cost

ST. PETERS, Mo. – (Dec. 16, 2009) - The Fertility Partnership officially opened in St. Peters this week with the goal of helping begin families by using the latest technology to offer top quality, compassionate fertility care at a significantly lower cost.

Led by medical director and fertility care veteran Dr. D. Elan Simckes, the Fertility Partnership has assembled an embryology lab team hand-picked from among the top 10 fertility care programs in the country.

Dr. Simckes and his wife, Executive Director Andria Danine Simckes, founded the Fertility Partnership to increase access to top-quality fertility care. Treatments at the Fertility Partnership will reduce out-of-pocket costs to patients by 30-50 percent.

“With one in seven couples experiencing infertility, we know that many people want to use fertility services, but the cost has made it out of reach to so many couples,” said Dr. Simckes. “Technological advances have reduced the cost of infertility treatments, and we’re passing those savings on to our patients while keeping the quality of care at the highest possible standard. We believe this model will increase access to many people who never before thought they could even consider infertility treatments.”

Many patients who have been helped by Dr. Simckes are also celebrating the opening of the Fertility Partnership. “The real magic is the hope it brings to families. Couples who would have struggled with infertility can now have an honest hope at building a family,” said Mistie Thompson, a patient treated by Dr. Simckes.
